Tip of the Day — Feb. 27

If you have live oak trees, chances are they’re raining leaves. Don’t be alarmed. This is the normal time of year for them to drop the old leaves and sprout new ones. You can compost the leaves or use them as mulch. Shredding will help prevent matting down and speed decomposition.
