While pest problems aren’t as bad in the cool season as in summer, crops such as greens, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower may still be attacked. If holes begin showing up on the leaves, chances are green worms known as cabbage loopers or cabbage worms are at work. Control them with Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), a biological pesticide.
