Tip of the Day — Nov. 6

If the early frost we had didn’t kill your ornamental sweet potato vines, you can still save them for next year. Dig the tubers, let them air dry a few hours, brush off the dirt and store them in paper bags in a cool, dark place. Check periodically and toss any that start to mold. Plant them again after danger of frost is over next spring.
